Okavango River

Our location up North have us close to the Okavango River ideal for game viewing which include the big 5 in the Caprivi and river fishing. We fish several bream species tiger fish and catfish on the river. Our fishing guides stay next to the river year-round and know the river very well.

Frequent sightings of crocodile and Hippo is not uncommon while fishing. Comfortable accommodation and meals with breathtaking river sunsets make the Okavango experience a definite must do activity.

Namibian West coast- Hentiesbay

We have a fishing cabin in Hentiesbay on the Namibian west coast. The cabin is newly built and comfortable with everything you need. We do shore fishing and boat fishing depending on time of year and your preferences. Catching a bronze whaler shark or spotted gulley shark from shore is a challenge and an exceptional fight and can keep you busy anything from 45 minutes to 2 hours.

Angling for Cob, Steenbra, Galjoen and many more species wil give you a great time next to the water. Apart from the fishing there’s many sightseeing spots to visit from seal colonies to the Namib deserts dunes and boat charters around Walvisbay where you can spot the Mola Mola (sun fish) around Walvisbay harbour.

Swakopmund with its distinct German culture, food and argitecture is always popular with our clients.

A couple of days at the coast is a good relaxing finish to your trip.

HUNTER STORIES

Thoughts from a Namibian Hunt

As the dust settled from the departing herd, we slowly started walking to where I shot the eland bull of my dreams, and found him lying a mere 20 metres further on.  Emotions and trembling hands followed.  It was the culmination of six years and five trips to Eldoret Hunting in the north-east of Namibia.  Although there had been close calls every year, all the previous trips resulted in either eland cows, kudu or gemsbok – but not “The Bull”.

They have been phased out in favor of spot and stalk treks from the vehicle, except in very rare cases.
